Tosh Tepraseuth was appointed Miramar's first full-time Athletic Trainer, in 2013.  He has been a certified athletic trainer with the Board of Certification, the accrediting body affiliated with the National Athletic Trainers Association, since 2002.

Since 2004, Tepraseuth has logged ten years of experience as a practicing full-time athletic trainer.  He worked for one year as an assistant athletic trainer at Riverside Community College in 2004; two years as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of California, Riverside from 2004-2006; and more recently worked six years as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of California, San Diego from 2007-2013. 

In his tenure as an assistant athletic trainer, Tepraseuth has had responsibility for athletes in women’s soccer, women’s water polo, men and women’s volleyball, men and women’s track and field, men and women’s tennis, and women’s crew. Tepraseuth has particular expertise in concussion protocols, the topic of his Master’s thesis.
Tepraseuth holds a M.S. in Exercise Science from Utah State University, and a B.A. in Sport Sciences from the University of the Pacific.  Born and raised in the Bay Area, he is married to Christina, and has two boys named Tyler and Callen.  The Tepraseuths reside in the San Diego community of 4S Ranch.
